We’ve upgraded our members’ website. You’ll now see some things that weren’t here before. Please familiarize yourself with these new features.

• My Account
  • This is the core area for members. Everything you need is right here.
• My Points
  • This is a new feature that enables you to accumulate Points based on your purchases. Points are added to your balance at a rate of 10 Points per $1 for Annual Members and 15 Points per $1 for Life Members for your spend in the Store.
  • You can use your Points for discounts on future purchases. Most products in the Store will allow you to use as many points as you want to discount the price. Some products will be limited to the amount of discount you use.
  • Points cannot be used to discount your member dues or to upgrade to Life Member.
• Account Funds
  • This was a feature that was needed because we had a lot of members that wanted to make payments on Life Dues. This can be used as a “Savings” plan where you can add money to your account and use those funds to either renew or upgrade your membership or just have available to use in the Store.
• Income/Expenditure History
  • This is where you can see all the activity with your Account Funds
• Record CRA Hours
  • This is a new system to keep track of your CRA related hours for earning patches.
  • When you are adding hours, make sure you are on the right week and click “Save” to save those hours until you are ready to finalize that week’s report.
  • If you’re ready to submit that week’s hours, click on “Submit for Approval”. Once you submit them, you will not be able to make any changes on them.
• New AAS Registration
  • This is an improved system to register your Adopted Soldiers. It now allows you to see your registered soldiers as well as being able to show all the soldiers to all our members.
• Quantrill Gazette
  • This is our official newsletter. From your “My Account” dashboard, reporters for the Gazette can submit articles for upcoming newsletters. Once our Editor-in-Chief becomes more familiar with the system, all our members will be able to submit articles for the newsletter.
  • If you have an article that you’ve submitted, you’ll be able to view all these submissions here.
• My Subscriptions
  • This is the subscription system for recurring billing. Your member dues are now able to be automatically renewed. When you are setup for recurring payments, you’ll be able to manage them here.
• My Membership
  • This is where you can see your memberships that are connected to a subscription plan. Any members that were in before the upgrade will not have a subscription connected to their membership until renewal time.
• Donations
  • You can make donations to the CRA here and be able to see your past donations.
• Auctions
  • A new system that supports auctions for special merchandise to generate funds for the CRA.
• Payment Methods
  • You now can store your credit card to use on checkout and for your recurring billing. You can save as many payment methods as you would like. They are encrypted and stored securely by Stripe.com (Wells Fargo owned) which is our credit card processor. Your information is NOT stored on our system.
